Lighting Design
The Eventions’ esteemed Lighting Team uses light as the basic element in the expression of architectural and event spaces. Lighting designers are selected from Arts, Architecture and Theatre backgrounds; and work with light as a design medium vital in creating the visual impact of your event.
Using extensive industry knowledge, with lighting as the unifying element, appropriate solutions and recommendations evolve naturally. Whether it is architectural or décor accentuation, dramatic effects, mood, or simply comfort, each event is evaluated for its unique creative opportunity.
Philosophically, the design intent is to create the proper event environment by integrating the use of concealed light sources, natural light, color, LED and intelligent fixtures and décor elements. The careful integration of a collective design concept in every project guarantees success.
Audio Support
Our mantra for almost 20 years: “Get the equipment out of the way of the presentation.” Eventions’ approach to sound is to empower the artist or presenter to move the audience where emotion is shared. Eventions advances the needs of every performer and event to ensure complete coverage, high intelligibility and event success.
Eventions’ corporate and special event sound services are characterized by expertly coordinated deployment of well-maintained equipment, skilled and cooperative technicians and attention to the ever-changing details of these complex productions. To avoid any compromise in sound coverage and intelligibility, systems are custom-designed with consideration for video screens, lighting, platform and podium locations and other design elements including wireless microphones and wireless speakers.
Eventions was one of the first production companies to adopt small format line array loudspeaker technology allowing for the sound to be heard and not be seen. Eventions offers traditional speaker systems as well as systems for specific applications. Audiences range from small groups of 50, to large-scale concerts and festivals for thousands of people.
Mixing consoles from Midas, Yamaha (analog and digital), and others provide choices for all budgets and production levels, from 8 inputs to 60.
Ancillary audio support services such as backline, power generation and distribution, scaffolding, staging and rigging are also available.
Media Projection
Captivating graphics and compelling video engage your audience and enhance the overall event image. High quality video and data projectors ensure stunning graphics, clear video footage and dramatic camera shots (i-mag). For seamless integration of data and video, Eventions offers a broad selection of component video and data switching systems.
Eventions is also a specialist in HD scenery projection. The clarity and capability of today’s High Definition video technology allows Eventions to supplement and in some cases replace physical décor element with High Definition video projection. Scenic Design
The emotion and feeling evoked when entering an event space enhanced by Eventions Productions is a combination of décor, lighting, sound, video projection and physical sensations that affect your senses of sight, sound, smell and touch.
When you are looking for more than just a special event and need custom items designed in order to create a dramatic atmosphere, Eventions can build anything you need—from a round stainless steel bar to a 20’ high monogram initial.
The creation of your special event, theatrical or film scene requires an experienced production designer with the ability to handle stage design, set design and production design from start to finish. Eventions Productions can handle all your set design and dressing, flooring, drapery, platforms, rigging, risers, stage lifts and all other productions systems you may need for your creative production.
A/V Installations
Eventions Productions is able to custom design, install and provide support for audio and visual systems. These can be installed in the home, office, theater or special event venue.
We specify quality high-end manufacturers and equipment and have installed audio video systems for colleges, catering venues, nightclubs and private homes.

Staging
Eventions’ staging team can assemble concert and event staging at multiple heights and sizes up to 80′ wide by 60′ deep by 6′ high in any venue. We can also provide crowd control barricade when security and safety are needed. Whether you’re hosting a charity silent auction, fundraising gala, bar mitzvah or wedding, staging design is a simple way to add flare and height to your event.
Pipe & Drape
Pipe and Drape is a simple way to manipulate space when creating an experience for your guests. By adding simple drape to an ordinary ballroom or other venue, you can transform the space instantly. Eventions can help you create new spaces and separate your venue into several areas with pipe and drape in any color combination.
Power Generation
When planning an event at a private home, tent or unique venue without adequate electrical systems, power is a critical issue to consider. Eventions can provide generators and power distribution systems for your entertainment, lighting and catering needs. The same whisper quiet generators used for major motion pictures are used so as not to interfere with sound or entertainment.
