Christopher Nicksa
Operations and Development ManagerAn eleven year industry veteran, Chris utilizes his vast experience to lead our extensive training program for our staff. He also is responsible for many of the day to day operations of the company including all of the staff and crew scheduling for over 950 events a year. In his spare time, Chris’ time is broken up between: attending concerts, playing guitar, reading, going on hikes, and vacationing in remote places with his wife.
Q. What’s your favorite place you’ve traveled to and why?
I was fortunate enough to travel to Beirut and the coast of Lebanon in 2006 as an audio engineer and producer for a peace rally concert and recording session.
Q. What inspires you and why?
I am inspired by other people’s passion. Observing people truly caring about what they do in-spires me to become better as an individual – both personally and professionally.
Q. If you could meet anyone, dead or alive, who would it be?
Igor Stravinsky. He pushed the bounds as a classical music composer and helped to influence early jazz. He never stayed within the confines of one genre, but continued to innovate and inspire throughout his life.
Q. If you could be someone else for a day, who would it be?
My dog, at the beach with a slightly used tennis ball.
