How We WOW at Corporate Sales Events

Step 1: Come Up with a Killer Concept
When our long-time client, Pilot Freight, contracted us to do the set design and opening video
for their three-day corporate sales meeting & awards ceremony, they came to us with a rare opportunity… a completely blank slate! This is a rarity in the event business and something our team was thrilled to be a part of. The Eventions team came together to brainstorm an innovative set design and wow-worthy opening video.
Step 2: Plan Out Our Attack
Our team decided to take the route of piggybacking off of Pilot launching their brand-new
website. We decided we would work towards incorporating actual images of their site into their set design and presentation.
Step 3: Execute & Wow
Our team built four custom video screens that would later be utilized to recreate the visual
design of their new site. Then, a dramatic intelligent lighting system was used to so our team could change the look and feel of the room during the three-day event to make sure Pilot was continuously captivating the attention of their audience. We ended up applying the stage and set in four different ways with changes to the video screens, furniture, lighting, and décor. This meant that we were able to use the same set for a Key Note address, an Awards Dinner, a musical performance, and a town hall meeting!
Step 4: Sit Back, Relax & Watch the Work Come to Life
After a long set up and three days of the event itself, it’s always the most rewarding experience for our team to see our designs and brainstorming sessions come to life. Sometimes, the actual event days go by so fast we don’t have the opportunity to truly appreciate the end result of our work. Luckily, we have some amazing photos and a video to remind us.
