We have taken all of the stress and uncertainty away from planning a virtual or online graduation for your school. Our plan is simple, we are building a temporary high definition professional broadcast studio and stage for you to record and broadcast your graduation ceremony in perfect quality. The studio will be set up exactly like a national broadcast level television studio with professional level cameras, lighting, audio, sets and décor.
You will simply show up with everyone who would typically be onstage for your graduation minus the graduates and families, perform the ceremony as you would normally do while our technicians will capture, edit, record and broadcast it on popular platforms such as Facebook and YouTube.
We have teamed up with Drexelbrook Catering in Drexel Hill, PA and possibly a second studio location in Delaware, to host our studio and to provide hospitality before and during your recording session. Their staff will disinfect the entire area before and after each recording and provide space for all current social distancing rules at the time assuring you the safest possible environment to host your virtual graduation. We can also set up the studio at your school for those who want to have the ceremony in their own space.
Our package is an all-inclusive flat rate regardless of the number of graduates or families watching the stream. We will also provide a digital recording for your archives and the recording will live online indefinitely for future viewing.
Includes in our Virtual Graduation Package:
- Three broadcast level cameras to capture the ceremony (up to 2 hours run time)
- Professional audio technicians and recording
- A custom television set with drape and coordinating colored lighting to your school colors.
- Floral décor for the set with your school logo integrated into the set.
- Designer chairs, Podium and stage furniture.
- The ability to broadcast a PowerPoint with each graduate’s name and photo as their name is called from the podium
- The ability to have closed captioning for hearing impaired viewers (extra charge)
- A timed broadcast to popular online viewing platforms such as Facebook and YouTube
- A recorded digital copy of the ceremony for your archives.
